I know I mentioned a while back I was going to a Smack Down show. Well life jumped out of the shadows and kicked me in the balls. So no Smack Down for me. SMH & FML.

I picked up the a copy of the greatest book of all-time. Chuck Norris vs. Mr. T: 400 Facts about The Baddest Dudes in The History of Ever. It's even the Unauthorized Parody version. Great read so far.

Have you considered maybe taking an hour out of your week and trying talking to a therapist? A couple years ago I was going through a very rough time and I went to therapy and it helped getting stuff out to someone trained to help people deal with that sort of thing.
