Nominating Ricochet vs Pete Dunne title vs title on NXT from tonight!

Didn’t love the ending but it was kind of obvious from the second they announced the match how it would end. That said, the actual action was just great!

No to Ricochet/Dunne

I can never in good faith vote yes to a great match with a no contest finish. Predictable as it was, as you mentioned, how a match ends is crucial for me when telling a story. Never like having the rug pulled out from underneath.

Yes to Bryan/Miz from SummerSlam. Just a beautifully told match.

One of my top five favorite matches of all time has a non-finish. That's why it doesn't bother me, if it fits and is part of a bigger story.

Nominating Tanahashi vs. Okada for the Wrestle Kingdom IWGP Title Contract from Destruction in Kobe 9/23!

Honestly, this may be my favorite NJPW match so far this year. The story they told was just incredible and both guys were quite perfect. Couldn't have gone any better.

And the post match angle was a shake-up New Japan has needed for a long time.

Nominating Mark Haskins vs Matt Riddle from Progress 76: Hello Wembley. Great freaking match! Great opener! And a fitting farewell to Riddle until he’s tearing it up on NXT!
