You gotta go early. I never went to a Walmart really until a year ago when I moved and I just know not to go anywhere near peak hours. I also don't mind going very late when nobody is there but I prefer super early.Puns wrote: ↑Wed Jul 05, 2023 8:18 pm Maaaan, going to Walmart in general is enough to put me in a bad mood, let alone seeing the slack jawed, mouth breathing, toothless, dreck that work at the place and I haven’t even mentioned the customers in Waynesboro and Staunton, Va. Omg. White trash as far as the eye can see. Society is fucked lol. I wanna move way, way up into the mountains far, far away from people. I can make do with very little. I don’t need much. Gimme a working terlit, electricity, the internet, a tv, some food and water and I’m good. I’ll plant a garden and have chickens and cows for eggs and milk. I’ll grow all my favorite veggies. I’ll be set.

This! I'm either there at 8 in the morning on my day off or 10 at night if I'm closing that day.GardenStateSaint wrote: ↑Sat Jul 29, 2023 11:56 amYou gotta go early. You don't go to the Walmart in my town at 10 pm unless you're looking for trouble.

Honestly I barely go inside these days. I'm mostly picking up a grocery order when I go there so I don't bother going to Nashville much.

I’ve worked 24 hours over the past two days and I’m exhausted.

No response on Facebook, so I'm asking here, anyone with any experience with a "slipped rib" and have any idea of the recovery time?

Never slipped a rib but I broke two jumping off my roof onto my trampoline when I was in 8th grade. Took a couple months to be able to breathe right again.ICEMAN KING PATSON wrote: ↑Thu Aug 03, 2023 8:31 am No response on Facebook, so I'm asking here, anyone with any experience with a "slipped rib" and have any idea of the recovery time?

I guess that pretty much answers it. I think it's expected I'll just be fine in like a week, but best case is probably weeks at minimum before reaching or squeezing isn't agony.Puns wrote: ↑Thu Aug 03, 2023 9:45 amNever slipped a rib but I broke two jumping off my roof onto my trampoline when I was in 8th grade. "Recovery from Slipped Rib Syndrome is usually 1-2 weeks. This can be less if your symptoms are the result of a simple misalignment."ICEMAN KING PATSON wrote: ↑Thu Aug 03, 2023 8:31 am No response on Facebook, so I'm asking here, anyone with any experience with a "slipped rib" and have any idea of the recovery time?
Hopefully it will ease up soon, based on what I can tell

I'm just getting aggravated with it. I've got a Doctor's note to stay home a few days to try to let it heal some, but I can't really do anything physical...I'm not able to work out so my energy level has hit a dive and that's affected my mood too.Azmodeous wrote: ↑Thu Aug 03, 2023 1:23 pm"Recovery from Slipped Rib Syndrome is usually 1-2 weeks. Re: Random thoughts from deep in the mind
I'm going to preface this by saying that Jacen is incredible and you cannot discount the recovery he made years ago. There was a lot of people who worked hard to get him on the road to recovery but it is a doctor's job to be realistic with the family when someone was as sick as he was. Yes, we were pulled aside and had a conversation about weighing our options should he continue to not improve, BUT the doctor said they were not giving up on him and would continue to work as hard as they could to improve his situation including trying new treatments, which ended up working. It's just frustrating to see that part omitted every time this story is told. I don't bring it up on social media because of the shit storm it would create.

Re: Random thoughts from deep in the mind
I want to change my name. I don’t want the surname Punswick like an anchor around my neck for the rest of my life. Plus, my dad gave me his name for my middle name. Essentially I am Jeremy, son of Scott Punswick and I fucking hate it. I’ve thought about possibly changing just my middle name. I’ve thought about changing my name to Punswick Martinez. I’ve thought of changing it to something JSP to match with the initials I’ve always had all my life. I dunno what to do. But one way or another I’m going to have my name legally changed.

Change your name to Skeeter. That's a fun name

If the last name Punswick feels like an anchor on you enough to want to change your name, I wouldn't suggest making it your first name then.
Re: Random thoughts from deep in the mind
Go with Hippy as your name.

Re: Random thoughts from deep in the mind
Lol Punswick Martinez is a joke with me and my friend Bobbijo. We met in 2005 and when she said “Punswick, what’s your last name?” it cracked me up and for some reason I said “Martinez.” It was just the very first thing that came to my mind, I guess. She had me in her phone as Punswick Martinez for three years before she found out that wasn’t my actual name.
I’d probably go with Jeremiah for my first name. Just gotta figure out the middle and last name.

How about Jeremiah Wasabullfrog?
You'd share the name of a good friend of mine. We always had a good time when we'd hang out.
