I've always enjoyed Into the Badlands but I'm happy it's finishing up.

I wasn't going to do it, but for 6.99 a month I might get Disney +. I can't imagine they'll keep that price for more than 6 months or so though.

They seem intent on keeping the price point low to go after Netflix. I'll probably cancel Hulu and go with Disney+.

Im thinking they'll do a Hulu/Disney + bundle for around the same price as Netflix.

From what I read, they’ll likely do that kind of bundle, probably throw in ESPN+ for anyone who wants to add that too. I think this Disney+ service will be the most successful since Netflix. The amount of content they’re planning is just impressive. And the catalog of movies they have. Plus unlike Netflix and Hulu, in theory Disney+ shouldn’t ever lose any movies or series since they’re only putting up things they own. That’s a huge value.

Well, if you didn't like The Last Jedi, this looks like a giant reset button being pressed on that film.

It's really tempting, but will it have Song of the South? That's the deal breaker for me  I don't care if I have it, I'll pay 7 bucks a month forever to just be able to watch it anytime I want!

I didn't so I'm cautiously optimistic

I have a DVD-R of Song of the South as I HIGHLY doubt they ever release that again, streaming or otherwise.

Everything about this feels like a followup to 7 and not 8, with Rogue One style fanservice thrown in for good measure. I like 8 a lot, but this doesn't bother me honestly, different creators have different creative instincts so I always figured anyone who came onboard afterward would do things differently than Rian did.

Yeah it doesn't really exist, it's all our imagination according to Disney.

The Viceland series Darkside of the Ring is 99 cents for the season on Amazon Video (for those without Viceland).

With Avengers next week, it kicks off the "Summer" movie season! What are you guys looking forward to seeing?

Avengers: Endgame
Detective Pikachu
Brightburn
Aladdin
Dark Phoenix
Toy Story 4
Yesterday
Midsommar
Spider-Man: Far From Home
The Lion King
Once Upon A Time In Hollywood

May be some others in there but those are the big ones for me. Gonna be a goooooood summer.

From your list, the Marvel Flicks, Pikachu, Brightburn and OUATIH.

Add Godzilla KOM, new MIB and especially John Wick 3 (my most anticipated flick of 2019).

But with A List I'll probably watch whatever looks decent provided I have time.

I'm so hyped for Godzilla. I really hope they learned from the turgid pacing of the last film and give us a bit more kaiju action this time around.
