Super Mario 3D All Stars rules, even though Mario 64 still occasionally makes me want to throw the controller across the room and I've never known what the fuck Sunshine is supposed to be.

I've never played Sunshine or Galaxy so I am eager to get it for Christmas!

One of the coolest aspects of the Spiderman game is that you're playing as a Spiderman who's been around and knows the ropes. The look of Peter Parker perfectly reflected that in my opinion. Why did they feel the need to make him look like he's 15 in the remaster???

In September I ended up not playing as much as months past but still accomplished:

Halo 2
Halo 3
Halo 4

I also started Halo 5 and I am close to beating The Avengers campaign!

The entire presentation riffing on Apple launch presentations with their tongue planted firmly in cheeks was brilliant.

IKR...I was very well played out, and Cody being Cody, wanted to get in on the action for comedy gold was good too.

Quick update on the last 4 ish months:

Tell Me Why - From the studio that made Life is Strange (one of my favorite games of all time) and this one certainly lived up to the hype. Great voice acting and story telling and a helluva ending. If you like emotional games where your choices MATTER. Go for this.

Stranger Things: Season 3: The Game - Fun as hell retro style game that basically retells Season 3, but I couldn't beat the 2nd to last level so I rage quit the game and never went back.

Marvels Avengers - I freaking love it. I just wish the studio did as well because it seems like they're giving up on this and there won't be much endgame content to keep the grind going. Shame.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint - Wildlands was another one of my favorite games of all time. This one was still fun but was impossible to hold up to it. They tweaked alot that they really didnt need to, the story was weaker and the voice acting was brutal. Glad I got my crew back into finishing it but its a shame they won't want to go back with me if I want to venture back for endgame content.

Watch Dogs - Finally beat the first one after I rage quit on a mission months prior. What a sad ending. The police cars/copters and enemy guns are WAYYYYY too over powered for my liking. But I'm glad I finished this before playing Legions soon.

Halo 5 - It was good. I appreciate the risks they took and changes that I'm sure some diehards hated but I powered through this with a friend who also never beat it. Felt much harder than 1-4 after playing all those recently as well. Hope they can stick the landing of the new trilogy with Infinite later this year.

JUST started Arkham Knight. Been 9 years since I played Arkham City so here we go!

Hello lads, guess who finally got a PS5 today?!

Now if all my PS4 data will be transferred over by the end of the night and I could actually use it, that would be splendid. First world/next gen problems.

I still can’t justify getting a PS5

So I got a Nintendo 3DS and a Nintendo Wii U recently. I wanna try to play as many games in the Legend of Zelda franchise that I can. I got several titles for those systems because they had them only available for those specific systems. Twilight Princess and The Wind Waker, two of the most beloved games in the series were available for the Wii U. I also purchased Minish Cap for Wii U too. Oracle of Ages, Oracle of Seasons, A Link Between Worlds, Tri Force Heroes, Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask are also available for the 3DS, the last two with updated graphics so they don’t look so 90s 64-bit. Ocarina of Time (which I am currently in the middle of playing through for the first time) looks beautiful. I missed a lot of video games and movies and other things relevant to the time because of my wrestling fandom from 1995-2015 or so. I invested most of my waking time to wrestling, watching, studying and loving it. So I’m just trying to go back and relive some of the stuff I missed.

I’ve already beaten the original Legend of Zelda, Breath of the Wild, Link’s Awakening, A Link Between Worlds and one whose name I can’t recall that was on Gameboy Color back in the day too. I’ve loved every incarnation and I’m looking forward to playing the many I missed over the years.

Any of you guys fans of LOZ? If you are, do you have any particular favorite titles or any you specifically dislike?

Oh dude, BOTW is soooo good. I also have the Skyward Sword remake on Switch but haven’t played it yet. Planning on either that one or Wind Waker next. How’s ya like Twilight Princess?

I've been into mobile video games lately. The latest one im.playong is Street Fighter: Duel. Essentially is Street Fighter in a turn based format.

I've hooked up the SNES classic and got the second Genesis classic for Christmas, so my gaming has been relegated to 16 bit (and a few Sega CD titles) nostalgia as of late.
